What do we love most about summer? Swimming at the beach, laying in the sun, exploring cool cities and so much more. Unfortunately, there is a caveat. Not all of these activities are great for our manes. To avoid some of the unwanted consequences of the season, we've put together a little hair care survival guide to get you through the summer.
Scalp Sunscreen
While you're applying sunscreen to the precious skin on your face, don't forget that you have exposed skin on your scalp as well (especially if you have thinner hair)! As we always say, we see our scalp as an extension of the skin on our face, so it needs to be loved and cared for to the same degree - always. This is why you absolutely need a scalp sunscreen to survive the strong summer UVA and UVB rays.
