Make a Smoothie Bowl With Our Banana + Coconut Superfoods Ingredients

So, basically, we're pretty obsessed with everything to do with our new Be Gentle, Be Kind banana + coconut nourishing superfood shampoo and conditioner... especially the ingredients. With superfoods like banana, coconut, pineapple, acai and mango, how could we not make a smoothie bowl inspired by this hair duo? We couldn't help ourselves! Keep reading for a superfood-packed smoothie recipe that'll nourish you from the inside out.



The Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 spoonful of shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 frozen acai packet 
  • 1/2 cup of frozen mangos
  • 1/2 cup of frozen pineapples 
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk or oat milk
  • Hemp granola 
  • Strawberries
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter (optional)




Blend a 1/2 of a banana (save the other half for the toppings), 1 Sambazon Acai pack, 1/2 cup of frozen mangos, 1/2 cup of frozen pineapples, 1 cup of almond or oat milk. Once fully blended, put that delicious smoothie blend into a bowl. 

For the toppings, the amount of each is to one's own discretion. We suggest adding 1 tbsp of shredded unsweetened coconut, cut strawberries, the other 1/2 of the banana cut into coins, hemp granola, and then finish off with 1 tbsp of creamy (or chunky, we don't judge) peanut butter for a little saltiness for all that sweetness. Et voilà! You have the yummiest smoothie bowl of your dreams. Bon appétit.
