Subscription
Our subscription program is the best way for you to get the products you want delivered to you on a regular schedule. Think “set it and forget it!” This program offers the best tier of perks with free shipping and 15% off every subscription order. You have complete control over your subscription when it comes to adding, or removing products. You can also delay or cancel your subscription before your next ship date. We send an email and SMS reminder at least 7 days before each order is shipped, so make sure you’re signed up for notifications.
When you create a Briogeo.com subscription, an account will automatically be created with the email you used at checkout. You can update your subscription details by logging into your Briogeo account, and selecting 'your subscriptions.' Simply select the subscription you would like to edit, and scroll through the page to choose 'modify' or 'cancel subscription.' Not ready to cancel? You can delay your order before your next shipment date.
Log into your Briogeo account, and scroll to the subscription tab. You'll see the option to edit your address, but please note that changes must be made prior to your next auto-renewal ship window.
Yes! When you have rewards ready to redeem, you can use them towards one product within your subscription by reaching out to support@briogeohair.com before your next order ships.
Select promotions can be applied to subscriptions such as our sign up for Email, and SMS, offers. Some sitewide promotions will have subscription exclusions included in the terms and conditions. This is because your auto-renewal already has the best Briogeo.com offer of 15% off + free shipping on every order.
Subscription items will ship automatically until you manually cancel, or by reaching out to support@briogeohair.com 48 hours before your order ships. By placing this order you are authorizing us to charge your card for future orders at the frequency and quantity you selected.

You'll be able to begin the return process and print a USPS return label. For eligible orders, you will receive a full refund as long as the returned items are in resellable condition and returned within the return window. Briogeo was born and raised in New York City and our headquarters still exist here today. All Briogeo products are formulated and manufactured in the U.S.A.

Briogeo is a word we created that describes our brand from the inside out. The word "Brio" is an Italian word that means "full of life, vivid, and unique". The word "Brio" speaks to our vibrant and colorful packaging that was inspired by our diverse and energetic hometown, New York City. The word "Geo" is a latin word that means "of Earth or nature". It speaks to what's on the inside of the bottle - naturally-based, safe, and effective formulas made from the Earth's own ingredients.

For your convenience, we currently accept all major Credit Cards, Shop Pay, Paypal, and Apple Pay. We also offer AfterPay, which allows you to split the cost of your order into four interest-free payments; pay the first installment when you order and get your items immediately, then pay the rest over time in two-week increments.

While we aren’t able to revise or cancel an order once it’s been placed, if for any reason you wish to exchange or return eligible items for a full refund or store credit, we’re happy to help you do so by mail within 30 days of the original ship date.
Depending on which mail carrier is handling your package, some tracking numbers will show a package as “delivered” when it first arrives at the local facility, rather than at your doorstep. If your order doesn’t arrive to you after 3 business days of your tracking status showing “delivered,” please reach out to us at support [at] briogeohair.com.

Our Ingredients
Six-free is our ingredient methodology that describes our commitment to avoiding the following 6 controversial, and potentially harmful, ingredients in all of our products: sulfates, parabens, phthalates, silicones, DEA, and synthetic dyes.
We use Ecocert preservatives, such as dehydroacetic acid and benzyl alcohol, to maintain the performance, quality, and freshness of our formulas. We refrain from using paraben preservatives in any of our products. Parabens have been linked to health concerns such as reproductive and developmental toxicity. Given Briogeo refrains from using potentially harmful preservatives or chemical stabilizers, the color or scent of our products may change over time and this is completely normal due to the nature of the essential oils and natural extracts we use in our formulas.
Sulfates: Harsh, synthetic surfactants used to dissolve dirt and oil
–Concerns: Can cause scalp irritation, follicle inflammation, and cause hair to become dry and dull
Silicones: Lightweight, synthetic, petroleum-derived polymers that coat the hair cuticle to lock out frizz and enhance shine
–Concerns: Excessive build up and "clogging" of the hair cuticle that prevents hair from absorbing nutrient-rich ingredients
Phthalates: Chemicals used to stabilize synthetic fragrances
–Concerns: Potential reproductive and developmental toxicity
Parabens: Synthetic preservatives meant to inhibit bacteria growth and extend the shelf life of products
–Concerns: Scientific studies that may indicate a link between paraben ingestion and certain types of cancers
Artificial Dyes: Synthetic agents used to cosmetically tint products
–Concerns: Can cause scalp irritation and can be problematic for those with allergies or sensitive skin and eyes.
DEA: A foaming and product thickening agent
–Concerns: Linked to allergies, skin toxicity, hormone disruption, and inhibited fetal brain development
Several of our product contain organic ingredients, however, none of our products are certified organic.
Briogeo uses many ingredients that are certified organic, natural, or naturally derived, and we use some (safe!) synthetic ingredients, too. We aim to use the highest amount of naturally-derived ingredients in every product, as possible, without sacrificing product performance. However, there are some non-natural ingredients we use in our products to ensure shelf life, product efficacy, and product stability. The small % of non-natural ingredients we use are deemed safe and non-toxic by the Environmental Working Group (EWG) and are only used to ensure the utmost product quality and performance.
Some of our products do contain nut oils such as argan, shea, coconut and almond oils. Some products do not contain any nut oils, however, we cannot guarantee that our products were made in a nut-free facility. As always, we encourage customers who have extreme allergies to consult a doctor or conduct a patch test before using any product.
Brassica Alcohol (Brassica Oil Derived) and Cetyl Alcohol (Vegetable Derived) are fatty alcohols found in plant cells that do not behave like other alcohols, such as ethanol or propanol. These alcohols are not drying; they condition & soften the hair and increases manageability. Alcohol Denat. (grain derived) is a natural alcohol that is used in our Blossom & Bloom Ginseng + Biotin Volumizing Spray to absorb excess oil in the hair to give the roots lift and volume. Benzyl Alcohol is an ECOCERT preservative used to maintain the shelf life and integrity of our products.
All of Briogeo's products are gluten-free and vegan except for our limited-edition Honey Moisture Deep Conditioning Mask which is Gluten-free but non-vegan.

Our products have a shelf life of 3 years (36 months) unopened.
It seems counter-intuitive, but some proteins load up the hair cuticle and can lead to brittle, dry-feeling hair. But protein itself does not dry out hair; rather, when it seals the cuticle, it can intensify the dry feeling of already dry or damaged hair. Therefore, it's important to combine proteins with moisturizing ingredients, which Briogeo does in all of its formulas. We use balanced levels of proteins plus moisturizers to gently refresh and coat the hair cuticle, adding back shine and strength to stressed hair.
Not necessarily. The most important measures for color-treated hair are preventing fading and dryness. Both of these objectives can be met by using sulfate-free products, and products containing proteins in conjunction with catalyst moisturizers. Good news - all Briogeo products fit the bill!
Absolutely! Different hair types have different needs and each of our collections can be mixed and matched. For example, someone with fine, curly hair may want to use our Blossom & Bloom Ginseng + Biotin Volumizing Shampoo and Conditioner and finish with our Curl Charisma Rice Amino + Avocado Leave-In Creme. We charge a $6.95 flat rate ground shipping charge on all orders. This may vary somewhat for certain international orders.

Absolutely! Your order will be shipped via USPS. When entering your address on the order form, please click the box to indicate that your address is a PO Box, APO or AFO.
For US domestic orders, you can expect to receive your order within 2-7 business days after the order has been processed.
In most cases, no, we do not request a signature.
At this time, we are required to charge sales tax in many states throughout the US. If sales taxes are mandated to be collected in your state, they will be calculated at checkout.
If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and products and reach out to us at support@briogeohair.com. Please also provide photos of the issue and as many details as possible so that we can look into this for you as soon as possible. Briogeo is not responsible for orders that are damaged during transit.
Please allow for up to 72 hours for the package to be delivered. Some carriers will show “delivered” when the parcel arrives at the local facility, but have not completed delivery to your door.

All Briogeo.com orders that are shipped to countries outside of the US are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. When your order arrives in your country where this is the case, you may be responsible for paying local sales taxes and duties costs in order to release your order from customs for delivery.
Please note that we are unable to advise on the cost amounts and cannot accept responsibility for these costs. For further information, we encourage you to reach out to your local post office.
Returns + Exchanges
Our Returns + Refund Policy - Domestic orders
You can return any eligible items by mail within 30 days of the original ship date for a full refund or store credit (minus applicable original order shipping fees). All returns will be made through our Return Portal. *Eligible return items include new/unopened and gently used items*
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original shipping date.
- You will need to enter the Shopify Order Number that is located in your order confirmation email, along with the email address or phone number that is associated with your Shopify order.
- We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
- Returned items will be subject to a $6.95 shipping/restocking fee. This will be automatically deducted from your refund.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, or given as store credit.
- Any returns made after 30 days of the original shipping date will be viable for store credit only, upon discretion.
- Excessively used products are not eligible for return.
- Items eligible for return with us must have been purchased directly on Briogeo.com. We are unable to receive returns or process exchanges on Briogeo products purchased from other retailer partners. Please contact the respective retailer’s customer service team directly for information on their return policy.
To complete a return:
- Enter order information (order number and email address/phone number) on our return portal here: Returns Portal
- Pack and seal your return merchandise securely. Use the original package (if possible) or a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage during shipment.
- Your return will be processed upon arrival at our returns center (about 7-10 business days).
- We will send you a confirmation email once the return process is complete. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for your refund to be processed and posted to your bank account.
- Please note: Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns for purchases from retail partners
If you have purchased a Briogeo product directly from another retail partner or online store, please contact that retailer directly. Returns and exchanges are subject to that respective retailer’s policy.
