TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BRIOGEO'S "GIVEAWAY"

Your participation in BRIOGEO’s Giveaway (“The Giveaway ” or “Promotion”) shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein. The following are the Terms and Conditions of The Giveaway, which is sponsored by the operator of the Internet site WWW.BRIOGEOHAIR.COM ("BRIOGEO" ).

• Only persons over the age of 18 are eligible for entry.

• The Giveaway shall start at 03/09/2022 12:00am EST and will end on 03/29/2022 at 11:59pm EST 

• The Promotional Prize for winning The Giveaway shall be as follows:
• 3rd Place: 10 Winners will receive a 20% Discount Code.
• 2nd Place: 5 Winners will receive $200 in free products + a free healthy hair consultation and recommended personalized hair care routine. 
• 1 Grand Prize: 1st place prize - $1,000 in free products will be divided over a 4 - 5 month period at approximately $200 - $300 in free Briogeo products per month. Briogeo reserves the right to limit the number of a single product SKU given out over the 4-5 month period to no more than 5 units of the same SKU or less.

• Out of stock products will not be included.

• The discount code prizes can only be used once at checkout and must be used by 12/31/2022. Discounts do not apply to gift cards. Discounts codes are only available at www.briogeohair.com. Discounts can not be applied to previous purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other discount. Limited product availability. First come first served and discount is available only while supplies last. 

• BRIOGEO reserves the right not to include certain products for free in the Promotional Giveaway if that product is low in stock, out of stock or for any other reason BRIOGEO determines in its sole discretion.

• The Promotional Prize consisting of products will be mailed out to The Giveaway winner after the winner has provided BRIOGEO with a valid mailing address and proof of identity.

• BRIOGEO shall notify the winner of the winning via E-mail within 30 days of the close date of The Giveaway. The winner shall receive the Promotional Prize within sixty (60) days of BRIOGEO's receipt of the details of the winner required in order to affect transfer of the Prize.

• Notwithstanding Sections  above, in the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the Promotional Prize winner fails to respond, within thirty (30) days, to the E-mail notification of his/her winning, such winning entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited his / her claim to the prize and BRIOGEO shall not have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the winning entrant in any way.

• BRIOGEO's decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the Promotional Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.

• Your participation in The Giveaway is considered your agreement that BRIOGEO may contact you and use your name, identity and social handle in BRIOGEO'S promotional campaigns regarding The Giveaway. 

• The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money's worth.

• By entering the Giveaway each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Giveaway and the awarding of the Prize.

• By entering the Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless BRIOGEO, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection The Giveaway or the acceptance of the Prize.

• The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for any taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the Promotional Prize.

• BRIOGEO reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.

• BRIOGEO reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend The Giveaway if, in its sole judgment, The Giveaway is not capable of being conducted as specified.

• BRIOGEO reserves the right to disclose winner’s name and identity.

• These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Miami, Florida and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami, Florida.
