File this one under ‘hair products that smell so good your roommate will want to eat your hair’ 💁🏽‍♀️⁣ ⁣ True story: when I first bought the rice amino + avocado leave-in defining crème by @briogeo, the first time I used it, my old roommate told me, “Iman, I want to eat your hair, it smells so good!” That was enough for me to keep using it 😂 But besides the intoxicating and delicious smell, I really love how moisturizing and creamy this product is. It makes my hair soft and my curls defined. I’m dying to try more from Briogeo!

My favorite things in 2018, pt. 4 - Briogeo Rosarco Milk ✨⁣ ⁣ Briogeo Rosarco Milk is a lightweight leave-in conditioning spray, that contains a blend of rosehip, argan and coconut oils and vitamin E to combat dryness, restore shine, heat protect and strengthen hair. ⁣ ⁣ My hair is that annoying, neither straight nor curly type, that gets frizzy in the humidity. I've tried a bunch of products, but since none of them worked, I've pretty much given up on trying new stuff. I got a sample of Rosarco Milk and thought it would be another useless hair product, but it turned out to be a game changer!⁣ ⁣ I apply Rosarco Milk on damp hair, before blow drying. It smoothes and detangles my hair and makes it so soft. It doesn't make it greasy at all and I use it on dry hair for extra shine. The smell is amazing and lasts quite a long time. ⁣ ⁣ The effect it gives me is the same as I would get with silicone serums, very sleek, smooth and shiny. This product made me start paying more attention to my hair and made it look better than ever, even when it's raining!⁣ ⁣ I'll definitely try more Briogeo products! What should I try next? One thing I’ve never focused on too much was what ingredients went ONTO my skin and hair. As most of you know, I’m a skin FREAK & I’ll never miss a night of my 5-step routine. However, that really doesn’t do much if the ingredients in my products are toxic to my body (which unfortunately, most skin care ingredients are). It’s just like eating something that has low calorie, but it’s filled with 21 artificial ingredients- counterproductive. Putting bad products on your skin is almost worse than digesting it, as it’s absorbed straight into your blood stream! So in the last few months, I’ve really taken a dive into CLEAN products for my body and my hair. I’ll be doing a separate post on my favorite body products, but these two have won me over for my hair. @briogeo is a company that is DEDICATED to creating the best products with the simplest and safest ingredients. I leave them both on my hair for 2-3 minutes (especially for the shampoo because I have a drier scalp). I grabbed both of them from @sephora- which does a fantastic job at listing the “clean” products on their website. So next time you’re looking at beauty products, it’s important to glance at the ingredients. Treat it just like food and make sure it’s as clean as possible. Morning 🌞 or night shower 💫? I’m definitely all for night showers but do occasionally shower in the morning if I’m feeling extra sluggish that day. Speaking of showers- I’m obsessed with these new goodies that @briogeo sent over! All three of these products together leave me with the softest and shiniest hair. _ ✨ The “don’t despair, repair” super moisture shampoo does a stellar job at cleansing my hair while retaining the moisture and leaving my scalp balanced. _ ✨ I didn’t have a deep conditioner in my arsenal until the “don’t despair, repair” deep conditioning mask came into my life 😱 safe to say I’m hooked on this mask and use it a little more than I probably should. I focus the mask on my ends and let it sit in my hair while I do other showerly tasks. I then rinse with cool water and WOW my hair is left soooo soft. I have long hair that gets knotted very easily so this mask is seriously my savior for not ripping out all my hair every time I brush it. 😂 _ ✨ Last but not least the “Blossom & Bloom” ginseng + biotin volumizing spray is the perf third step to my hair routine. I mist this on damp hair before blow drying and I love how full it makes my bangs look. If you have bangs you know how easy it is to look like you only have like 3 bang strands. Plus I’m obsessed with the scent of this spray. It’s light & fruity without being overpowering or giving me a headache. _ ✨ Have you tried any @briogeo products? Finally purchased these and so far have been loving the @briogeo don't despair repair mask and scalp revival. Since adding highlights to my hair my curls have been in much need for moisture so I have updated my mask to two times a week. This leaves your hair feeling luxurious and silky smooth! My curls are loving it!

Anybody who knows me knows that I love to take care of my brows and lashes! This product from @briogeo has immensely improved both my lashes and brows in just a couple weeks! It’s 1230 A.M and I took a break from studying to post my absolute favourite hair mask 🤩 It’s the Brigeo Don’t Despair, Repair deep conditioning mask!! . . . . I have wavy hair, slightly on the thinner side! My scalp gets oily really quickly but my ends are SUPER dry so this mask is perfect for my dry ends 😍😍 I use this once a week and leave it on for 5-10 minutes before rinsing it off with cold water 🚿 This Mask is honestly magic 😍 its so nourishing and extremely hydrating!! A MUST HAVE for sure! . . . . As for the minis, I really enjoyed the leave in conditioner but the blow dry perfection and heat protectant was my favourite😍😍 I use it right after showering and before blow drying my hair! It also smells amazing 😍 I cannot wait to purchase the full size 💫 There was also the scalp exfoliator which is not part of this picture because I actually finished the sample size! I really liked that product as well. Ran into #sephora last week to return something and grabbed this cute little set from @briogeo ✨The Mystical Minis set contains the Don’t Despair Repair Hair Mask, that I really enjoy and the Scalp Revival Charcoal+Coconut Oil Micro-Exfoliating Shampoo. Let me tell you...this Exfoliating Shampoo is AMAZING!.. Is it made with magical unicorn tears and puppy kisses?..probably. My scalp has been so dry and itchy and just irritated. I mentioned last week that my new medication/chemo makes my skin and scalp break out horribly. Super uncomfortable and bothers me a lot. Nothing has helped. I figured I’d try this, thinking it couldn’t hurt. I was so surprised how much it helped! It was cooling and refreshing on my scalp, and easy to rinse out. (A problem I’ve had with similar products) It also didn’t dry out my hair at all. My hair was soft and manageable and my scalp felt so much better and hasn’t bothered me since.
