“This is an exfoliating shampoo, but I don’t want that to scare you. It’s not rough on the scalp, but it just gives you a nice, deep clean."
How Kathleen uses it: Since she has thick, long hair, she uses a generous scoop of the shampoo - but a little still goes a long way. She makes sure to use her fingers to give her scalp an exfoliating massage, mainly focusing the shampoo at the crown of her head. Once done exfoliating her scalp, Kathleen disperses the shampoo to the rest of her hair to clean the ends. Lastly, she rinses!

How Kathleen uses it: She applies a generous dollop of the deep conditioning mask, mainly focusing the product from the mid-length to the ends of her hair. Lastly, she throws her hair up in a bun and lets it sit for 5-10 minutes. Rinse.
