I feel like a common theme for many of us has been a focus on hair care. After completing my course of isotretinoin (aka accutane) last year, my hair was wrecked. The medication truly thinned out my hair and even caused some hair loss, so this year has definitely been a journey back to healthy hair for me.⁣ ⁣ I’m grateful for brands like @briogeo* who are disrupting the hair care industry with high quality, clean products. Although I’ve used briogeo in the past, the Scalp Revival shampoo is new to me and it is unlike any other shampoo I’ve used. It has really helped remove buildup and has soothed my irritated and itchy scalp. The blend of peppermint and spearmint oils leaves your scalp with a minty, cooling sensation and I’m completely obsessed!⁣ The Don’t Despair, Repair mask has definitely been the most effective hair mask I’ve ever used and the Farewell Frizz spray is what I’ve been using right after washing to help detangle and tame the frizz. My first obsession has always been curly hair, and @briogeo is a brand I’ve always loved to use to help me during my healthy hair journey. The Don’t Despair, Repair Deep Conditioning Mask is my go-to for helping make my curls feel soft, defined and look shiny, and I always have this in stock. As a matter of fact, years ago, the deep conditioner was my first (of many 😉) Sephora gift Mark got for me. Whenever I deep condition (which isn’t often enough), this is my favourite to use! The Scalp Revival Micro-Exfoliating Shampoo is something I have been loving especially in the summer with the build up of products in my hair. It smells and feels refreshing, and leaves my scalp healthy and itch-free. I love the slight cooling feeling I get from the peppermint, spearmint and tea tree oil, which is perfect on a hot summer day. The Scalp Revival Charcoal + Tea Tree Scalp Treatment is perfect to use in between washes. I like to prolong my wash days for as long as possible so using a few drops of this helps me stretch out those days without having to worry about a flaky scalp. It contains binchotan charcoal, with hazel, peppermint, spearmint, and tea tree oil to help detoxify, soothe and normalize oil production. Whether you have straight, wavy or curly hair, @briogeo products are all amazing to use as they are silicone, paraben and sulphate free.
